1. Products and Services

AuraLab develops browser extensions, software tools, and digital products designed to improve productivity, web workflows, translation, and digital experiences.

Current AuraLab products include:

• Vanguard OMNI — Amazon seller analytics and profitability tools.
• RightLive Translate — bilingual web reading and translation tools.
• AuraDesk — an ambient workspace experience currently in development.

AuraLab products may be distributed through browser extension stores, direct downloads, software marketplaces, or future subscription services.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use AuraLab products responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

• Use AuraLab products for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with product functionality.
• Use AuraLab products to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your relationship with AuraLab.

3. Payments and Refunds

Some AuraLab products or services may be offered as paid digital products, subscriptions, premium upgrades, or license-based access.

AuraLab may use Creem as our payment provider and license provider for eligible products, including Vanguard OMNI Pro.

If a product is offered on a recurring subscription basis, billing, renewal timing, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout. You may cancel future renewals according to the instructions in your billing portal, order email, or by contacting AuraLab.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated at checkout, fees for digital products, delivered license keys, and subscription periods already started are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. License Keys and Access

Certain paid features may require a valid license key or account-based activation.

License keys are provided for the purchaser’s internal use only and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to bypass product limits or licensing controls.

AuraLab may suspend or revoke access when a license key is used in violation of these Terms, involved in fraud, or associated with chargebacks or abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, software, website content, interface designs, graphics, and related materials are owned by AuraLab or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on AuraLab products or content without prior permission.

6. Third-Party Services

AuraLab products may interact with third-party websites, browser platforms, APIs, cloud providers, or payment processors.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Product Availability

We strive to maintain reliable and useful products.

However, we do not guarantee that any product, feature, or service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AuraLab may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products or features at any time.

8. Decision-Support Disclaimer

Vanguard OMNI and related analytics features provide estimates and decision-support insights based on user inputs, assumptions, and publicly visible product information.

Actual costs, marketplace fees, advertising performance, shipping expenses, returns, and profitability may vary materially from any estimate generated by the product.

AuraLab does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and users remain responsible for validating business decisions independently.

9. General Disclaimer

AuraLab products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraLab disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that products will meet every user requirement or operate without interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

This limitation applies even if AuraLab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy

Your use of AuraLab products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

AuraLab may update these Terms from time to time.

When updates are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of AuraLab products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
